CNG Fleet Maintenance & Operation Manager

What you would do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNG vehicles.
- Monitor uptime, breakdowns, maintenance costs, and performance.
- Manage CNG refuelling operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Conduct and coordinate vehicle safety inspections and CNG system checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and inspection requirements.
- Maintain technical records, inspection reports, and maintenance history.
- Maintain operational dashboards for CNG fleet metrics.
- Coordinate with OEMs, service providers and CNG station operators.
- Monitor CNG consumption and maintenance expenditure.
- Track other operational KPIs for the fleet.
What they are asking for
- BSc/BEng or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional certification in automotive maintenance, CNG technology, or gas safety (advantage).
- At least 2-3 years hands-on experience with CNG vehicles and CNG conversion systems.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to produce technical reports.
- HSE and CNG technical training.
