CNG Fleet Maintenance and Operation Manager

What you would do
- Monitor vehicle uptime, breakdowns and maintenance costs
- Manage CNG refuelling operations according to SOPs
- Maintain technical records, inspection reports and maintenance history
- Perform and coordinate CNG vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and inspection requirements
- Coordinate with OEMs, service providers and CNG station operators
- Monitor CNG consumption and other operational KPIs
- Conduct or coordinate vehicle safety inspections and CNG system checks
- Oversee daily running of CNG fleet operations
- Prepare operational dashboards and reports

- HSE and CNG technical training
- BSc/BEng or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
- Strong Excel and technical reporting skills
- Professional certification in automotive maintenance, CNG technology or gas safety (advantage)
- At least 2-3 years hands-on experience with CNG vehicles and conversion systems
