Cluster Manager
About this role
A Cluster Manager is needed to oversee multiple food carts for a growing street food retail business. The role focuses on driving sales, supervising attendants, and ensuring smooth daily operations across assigned locations. It targets candidates who live near the Oja Oba/Ayobo axis or the Mile 12/Kosofe axis in Lagos. What you would do
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets across assigned food carts
- Supervise, coach and manage attendants to ensure operational standards
- Monitor sales, reconcile cash and transfers, and maintain financial records
- Manage stock, ingredients and supplies, minimise waste and maintain quality
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor cart performance and resolve issues
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and business performance
What they are asking for
- Minimum of OND or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or related field
- Equivalent practical experience may be considered
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, FMCG sales, food service, distribution or field supervision
- Experience supervising multiple outlets, vendors or field teams is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong leadership, communication, numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results and travel between locations
- Must reside close to the Oja Oba/Ayobo axis or the Mile 12/Kosofe axis
