What you would do
- Perform semen analysis, sperm washing and preparation for IUI, ICSI and conventional IVF
- Cryopreserve, warm, and recover sperm and oocytes as required
- Monitor laboratory equipment and maintain quality control, safety and hygiene standards
- Comply with SOPs, confidentiality requirements and regulations
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and specimen identification
- Prepare and assess embryos for fresh and frozen embryo transfer
- Identify, assess and handle oocytes following retrieval
- Conduct core embryology procedures including ICSI, conventional IVF, embryo culture, grading and cryopreservation
