About this role
A Clinical Director is required to provide leadership and management of clinical services at DIOMH, overseeing OPD operations, governance, staff performance, and service development. The role targets medical professionals registered with MDCN and holding senior qualifications, able to steer multidisciplinary teams and ensure high quality care in a multispecialty hospital setting in Anambra.
What you would do
- Oversee OPD operations including patient flow, assessment, treatment, referral and follow-up
- Ensure clinical coverage and optimal deployment of resources
- Identify gaps and implement service improvements
- Coordinate clinical services across departments for continuity of care
- Provide professional clinical leadership and guidance to medical staff
- Monitor quality, risks, audits and compliance and address performance issues
What they are asking for
- Current MDCN registration and valid practising licence
- Fellowship of NPMCN, WACS, WACP or equivalent
- Experience in clinical governance, patient safety or healthcare quality management is an advantage
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary clinical teams

- Experience in recruitment, credentialing or performance management of clinical staff
