Clinical Administrator
About this role
A Clinical Administrator is sought to support clinical services for Greenplace Healthcare and London Diagnostics Clinic in Lagos. The role combines clinical administration, patient-facing sample collection and digital marketing, with responsibilities including handling enquiries, coordinating appointments and collecting DNA samples. The position involves travel within Lagos to perform collections and to support home, clinic and partner-site visits. The role reports to the Director of International Clinical Services and requires collaboration with on-site managers.
What you would do
- Answer phone, email and online enquiries about DNA testing and clinical services
- Book, schedule and coordinate client appointments and sample collections
- Collect DNA samples (buccal swabs and blood) following protocols
- Travel within Lagos to perform home, clinic and partner-site collections
- Maintain accurate client records, booking logs and sample documentation
- Manage and grow social media channels for LDC and Greenplace Healthcare
- Write blog posts and website content related to DNA testing and clinical topics
- Liaise with partner laboratories, clinics and internal teams to ensure service delivery
- Provide general administration support for clinical services (reports, spreadsheets, correspondence)
- Provide regular updates to the Director of International Clinical Services on enquiries and bookings

- Degree or diploma in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, biomedical science or related field
- Phlebotomy training and practical experience
- Clinical knowledge of DNA testing including paternity, prenatal and relationship testing and sample collection procedures
- Strong administrative experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to write clear content
- Experience managing social media for a business or brand is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace and digital tools
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet and suitable remote-working equipment (laptop and phone)
- Ability to work independently from home and in the field; willing to travel across Lagos on short notice
