What you would do
- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with PPFN standards and health regulations.
- Provide clinical services in sexual and reproductive health, including family planning, maternal health, and HIV prevention.
- Supervise clinic staff and foster teamwork, mentorship, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping, data reporting, and documentation of all services delivered.
- Ensure adequate supplies, drugs, and equipment for smooth operations.
- Promote client rights, confidentiality, and high standards of care.
- Support community outreach and advocacy to increase service access and use.
- Strengthen linkages with referral networks, government health agencies, and development partners.
