Clinic Assistant - Digital & Content Support

About this role

A full-time on-site Clinic Assistant in Victoria Island, Lagos, supporting digital content creation and clinic operations. The role targets individuals skilled in smartphone photography, Canva, short-form video editing, and social media, with some front-desk and administrative support.

What you would do

• Photograph and film clinic and educational content
• Assist the Medical Director during filming and content creation
• Edit short-form videos and Canva content
• Prepare and upload approved content; maintain social media posting cadence
• Organise digital photos, videos and content; capture content during activities and events
• Provide occasional front-desk/reception support and assist with general clinic/administrative tasks

What they are asking for

• Minimum education: SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent; OND/NCE/HND or Bachelor’s an advantage
• Proven digital skills in photography/video editing and social media tools (CapCut, Canva, Instagram, TikTok)
• Comfort with smartphone photography and understanding of lighting, angles and composition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Drive and basic Excel/Sheets
• Strong communication, integrity, punctuality and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and in a small team; discretion with patient confidentiality
