Clinic Assistant
About this role
GlamPhysician Clinic in Lagos seeks a full-time Clinic Assistant to support reception, administrative tasks and the Medical Director. The role requires assisting with content creation and social media activities, organising clinic media files, and welcoming patients professionally. What you would do
- Take photos and videos using a smartphone
- Create designs using Canva
- Edit short videos using CapCut or similar apps
- Assist with filming and posting approved social media content
- Organise the clinic’s photos, videos and digital files
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally
- Assist with reception and general administrative duties when needed
- Support the Medical Director and Clinic Administrative Assistant with assigned tasks
What they are asking for
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO
- Higher qualifications are an advantage
- Basic content creation skills
- Must be able to commute reliably to Victoria Island and work full-time on-site
- Experience with AI tools and other digital applications is an added advantage
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Punctual, honest, responsible and presentable
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and take initiative
- Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality
