Clinic Administrator

About this role

The role is for a clinic administrator at a Lagos aesthetic clinic, responsible for front desk operations, appointment handling and general administrative support to the clinic and operations manager.

What you would do

• Manage reception and waiting area.
• Answer and route incoming calls to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
• Confirm appointments, communicate with patients and maintain/update patient records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mail and other communications channels.
• Provide general administrative assistance, event support and clinic upkeep.
• Support to ensure a positive client experience and assist with financial transactions and daily opening/closing duties.
