Client Success and Community Manager

Biz Afric Solutions is recruiting a Client Success and Community Manager for Lagos. The role oversees the client journey and private communities across premium coaching programmes, ensuring strong relationships and high engagement.

What you would do

• Manage the client journey from onboarding through programme completion.
• Oversee private client communities to ensure high engagement and member experience.
• Build and sustain client relationships through professional, responsive, high-touch communication.
• Monitor client engagement, satisfaction and retention; identify areas for improvement.
• Handle client queries, feedback, testimonials and success stories professionally.
• Coordinate onboarding, programme communications, scheduling, follow-ups and client records; maintain client-success systems, trackers, SOPs and reports in collaboration with the Founder and wider team.

What they are asking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in client success, customer success, client experience, community management or related field.
• Demonstrable experience managing premium clients, paid communities or ongoing programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Strong judgement, commercial awareness and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using CRMs, spreadsheets, project-management tools and community platforms; ability to use client data and feedback to improve the client experience.
• Strong understanding of client engagement, retention and customer experience.
