Client Service Representative
About this role
One Charming Party is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative in Lagos Island. The role focuses on managing client relationships, handling enquiries and bookings, and ensuring a premium customer experience for high-end events. The company specialises in luxury event planning, design and execution from its Victoria Island base and aims to maintain its premium brand standards. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs. Salary is stated as 250,000 to 300,000 Naira per month.
What you would do
- Receive and record client enquiries and follow up with prospective clients
- Respond to client enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Attend client meetings and clearly communicate OCP services and timelines
- Escalate sensitive issues to the appropriate manager when needed
- Maintain accurate client records and update the tracking system
- Follow up at key service stages to ensure a smooth client experience
- Gather client feedback and identify areas for service improvement
- Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Coordinate with Project, Creative, Operations teams to relay client requests
- Provide professional, polished representation of OCP in all client interactions
