What you would do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain ongoing client engagement
• Provide professional fashion consultation and interpret client style preferences
• Assist during fittings and styling sessions and communicate needs to production/creative teams
• Support sales targets and contribute to client retention and revenue growth
• Follow up on pending payments and unpaid invoices in a professional manner
• Coordinate orders from consultation to delivery, ensuring accuracy in specifications
• Keep clients updated on production progress and delivery timelines
• Maintain organised client records and documentation of interactions
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions with clients and internal teams

• 2–4 years of proven experience in a client service/customer experience role within a fashion house or similar environment
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Customer Service, Business Administration or related field
• Polite, calm, respectful, patient and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong multitasking ability and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer communication tools (WhatsApp Business an advantage)
• Understanding of fashion styling, garment production processes, and client relationship management
• Experience with bespoke or ready-to-wear fashion brands is compulsory
• Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, emotional intelligence and high attention to detail
