Client Service Representative

What you would do
- Ensure a positive and professional client service experience
- Onboard clients and open accounts
- Perform KYC validation and regulatory compliance checks
- Handle account upgrades and maintenance requests
- Support card issuance and card lifecycle management
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and service requests
- Educate customers on MoMo products and digital channels
- Produce operational reports and assist with documentation and audits
- Escalate and resolve client and operational issues
- Coordinate with other departments on client-related matters

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a client services representative
- Experience in the banking sector as a customer or client services representative

- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations when required
