What you would do

• Coordinate client bookings, ride schedules and service requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients with clear, timely communication.
• Manage client expectations and maintain a professional service experience.
• Proactively resolve service issues to protect client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client service logs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and sell transport services to clients as needed.
• Support pricing, proposals and client negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and long-term engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered as promised.
