What you would do
- Visit gym branches in Abuja 2–3 times weekly to observe operations and client progress
- Monitor client fitness progress, body composition, and goals
- Track KPIs, client satisfaction, and staff performance
- Drive sales, upselling, client retention, and membership renewals
- Resolve client complaints and collaborate with trainers and branch managers to improve service delivery
- Recommend personal training packages and meal plans
- Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports
