Client Relationship Intern

What you would do
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Follow up on potential clients from initial prospecting to conversion and ensure leads are tracked to closure.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email and other channels; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team with prospecting, preparing proposals, scheduling meetings and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, interactions, enquiries and follow-up activities.
- Gather client feedback and help address concerns to improve the customer experience.
- Prepare regular updates on client interactions, generated leads, follow-ups and potential opportunities.
