About this role
Udacity is seeking experienced individuals to join as Claude AI Engineer Technical Mentors on a contract basis. The role involves supporting Udacity learners across multiple time zones as external contractors, with three main activity areas: one-to-one video mentoring, deep-dive technical sessions, and group Q&A sessions. Mentors provide guidance on Nanodegree content, review prior student work, and prepare materials for in-depth concept or project walkthroughs. What you would do
- Conduct one-to-one video mentoring sessions with learners
- Prepare and deliver deep-dive technical sessions with slide content
- Lead group Q&A sessions to address learner questions
- Review students' previous project submissions when available and identify areas of difficulty
- Create and share rubric-focused material for project walkthroughs
- Provide context and use-cases to broaden learner understanding during deep-dives
- Host sessions via Slack or video and address learner queries with no prior prep required
