Civil & Structural Construction Supervisor III

A field based role supervising wellbore construction activities, from planning through handover, with focus on safety, efficiency and adherence to procedures and industry standards. What you would do
- Provide field-based technical support and supervision for wellbore construction activities from planning to handover
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with approved programs and standards
- Review drilling programs, schematics, casing designs, cementing, and other well construction docs
- Coordinate with drilling, completions, subsurface, production and service teams to execute activities
- Monitor wellbore conditions and identify risks such as kicks, instability, and drilling challenges
- Support troubleshooting, well control procedures and post-well reviews
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Typically 7 - 10 years of relevant oil and gas well construction or drilling experience
- Experience supervising drilling and well construction operations, preferably offshore or complex wells
- Knowledge of drilling engineering, wellbore construction, casing and cementing, well control and well integrity
- Experience with drilling contractors, directional drilling, MWD/LWD, cementing, wireline, and other services
- Ability to interpret drilling programs, well schematics, casing designs, and drilling reports
