About this role
Midela Luxury Homes Limited offers Industrial Training and entry level opportunities for Civil Engineering students to gain practical experience in real estate development and building construction in Lagos. Trainees will work on active sites alongside engineers and site staff, gaining hands-on exposure to construction activities and project documentation.
What you would do
- Assist engineers and site teams with daily construction activities.
- Participate in site inspections and monitor ongoing works.
- Gain exposure to concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, foundations and related construction activities.
- Assist with measurements, setting out and basic site documentation.
- Observe and support quality-control checks on construction works.
- Assist with preparation of daily site reports and project documentation.

- Currently studying or recently completed Civil Engineering at a recognised university or polytechnic.
- Must require Industrial Training (IT/SIWES) as part of the academic programme or be open to an entry level role.
- Strong interest in building construction and site engineering.
- Willingness to learn and gain practical experience.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on active construction sites in Lagos.
