Cinema Manager

A Cinema Manager is responsible for overseeing daily cinema operations, supporting profitability, cost management and staff performance at Filmhouse Cinemas in Lagos. The role requires coordinating with the business manager, managing shifts and staff remuneration, and driving guest satisfaction and audience targets.

What you would do

• Oversee day-to-day cinema operations
• Support profitability by maximising revenue per head and reducing wastage
• Manage operational costs and supervise third party contractors and team members
• Plan, perform and manage operational tasks within the cinema
• Provide feedback to improve cinema operations and guest experience
• Lead and develop staff through coaching, performance management and shift planning

• Minimum of 3 years in operations management at a supervisory level (retail experience preferred)
• Excellent customer relationship and management skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to varying situations as a team player
• Understanding of Health and Safety standards
