What you would do

• Translate, adapt and review product and user content in Chinese and English
• Assist with interpretation during meetings, interviews, workshops and research sessions
• Conduct and support user interviews, focus groups, field visits and observations
• Help with participant recruitment, scheduling and fieldwork coordination
• Document user feedback and organise research notes, summarize findings
• Collaborate with Chinese-speaking product teams and local researchers
