About this role

Kaisu Supply Chain is hiring a full-time Chinese Chef for its kitchen in Port Harcourt, Rivers. The successful candidate will prepare authentic Chinese dishes to a high standard and must have proven Chinese cooking experience with immediate availability. The role offers a monthly salary of N200,000 and accommodation is provided.

What you would do

• Prepare and cook a full range of authentic Chinese dishes
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation
• Manage food preparation, portioning, and kitchen workflow
• Monitor stock levels and help with ordering ingredients
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Reduce waste and use ingredients efficiently
