- 12–15 years of experience in financial services, preferably fintech, banking or digital payments
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology or similar)
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology management
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
