What you would do

• Develop and implement the overall technology strategy aligned with business goals

• Oversee design, development, and ongoing improvement of technology products and platforms
• Provide leadership to engineering, product, infrastructure and data teams
• Establish a high-performance technology culture with focus on ownership and timely delivery
• Manage technology delivery, governance, vendor relationships, and compliance across projects

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field
• Significant experience in CTO, VP of Technology, Head of Engineering or comparable senior role
• Experience in fintech, financial services, device financing, lending or payments

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, cloud, cybersecurity, data and modern engineering practices
