Chief Operations Officer
About this role
A Chief Operating Officer is sought to manage Qualis Business Support Services Ltd’s operations across Lagos and Ibadan, reporting to the CEO. What you would do
- Design and implement an operating model for Lagos and Ibadan with defined roles, reporting lines and decision rights.
- Set up standard operating procedures, reporting cadences and departmental performance targets.
- Supervise daily operations and ensure policy alignment across offices.
- Ensure escalation is limited to significant matters and streamline communication with the CEO.
- Maintain consistent operating standards across locations.
- Assess staff capabilities, productivity and suitability; identify gaps and bottlenecks.
- Build an accountable, results‑driven team with clear responsibilities.
- Oversee technical operations using solar/inverter industry experience; review technical and project documents.
- Coordinate technical personnel, procurement, logistics and customer communication during projects.
- Develop strategies to increase sales of solar-related products and services and monitor sales performance.
