About this role
Chief Operating Officer at Westfield Consulting will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sectors including petroleum products marketing, waste management, pollution control, haulage and marine services, ensuring efficiency, compliance and profitability. What you would do
- Direct and manage daily operations across petroleum products marketing, waste management, pollution control, haulage and marine services
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies
- Ensure adherence to Nigerian and international environmental, health and safety standards, particularly in waste management and petroleum operations
- Monitor budgets, optimise resource allocation and drive cost efficiency across all business units
- Identify opportunities for expansion in petroleum supply, environmental consultancy and marine logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, clients, partners and community stakeholders
What they are asking for
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Oil & Gas, waste management or environmental consultancy, with at least 7 years in senior leadership
- Strong understanding of petroleum marketing, pollution control technologies, marine logistics and Nigerian regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex operations and deliver results in challenging environments
