Chief Operating Officer

What you would do
- Lead and supervise operations across marketing and sales, logistics, inventory, procurement and administration.
- Set and track operational KPIs, budgets and performance targets for each business unit.
- Improve supply chain, distribution and inventory control to reduce costs and wastage.
- Oversee sales operations and collaborate with commercial teams on market growth and route-to-market strategies.
- Standardise processes, SOPs and reporting across subsidiaries.
- Manage and develop department heads and senior managers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, health and safety, and quality requirements.
- Provide regular operational reports and recommendations to the Group Managing Director.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, FMCG or retail, or in oil and gas, energy, fintech or similar industries.
- Experience across sales and marketing operations, logistics and inventory management, and general administration.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and multi-site or multi-business operations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
