What you would do

• Provide executive leadership across operating functions and drive process improvements

• Manage end-to-end insurance brokerage operations including placement, documentation, renewals and administration
• Champion use of technology and process automation to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Set and monitor performance KPIs, budgets and operating metrics; propose corrective actions
• Deliver timely operational, financial and performance reports to MD/CEO and Board
• Oversee claims administration and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with the MD/CEO to translate strategic plans into departmental targets and KPIs
• Foster a client-centric culture and strengthen relationships with clients, insurers and partners
