Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About this role

UnoCasa Limited, based in Lagos, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and steer long‑term growth, profitability and sustainability. The role requires a strong background in corporate finance, treasury, capital raising and executive leadership, including board‑level involvement.

What you would do

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the organisation.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Manage treasury operations and capital management.
• Oversee investments and corporate transactions.
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management.
• Lead the finance function and manage key stakeholders, including the board and executive team.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• CFA plus ACA or ACCA professional qualifications.
• Minimum 15 years' progressive finance experience.
• At least 5 years in CFO, Finance Director or equivalent executive leadership role.
• Strong experience in treasury management, corporate finance, debt and equity financing, capital raising, taxation, financial modelling, governance and risk management and financial reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing or other import-dependent sectors is highly desirable.
