About this role
The Havana Group in Enugu is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. The role goes beyond traditional finance, acting as a growth architect that links financial operations with capital strategy, investor engagement, and business development.
What you would do
- Oversee financial management functions including reporting, budgeting, payroll, treasury, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, FIRS/LIRS, CAMA, and IFRS standards.
- Drive investor sourcing, fundraising activities, negotiations, and investor relations.
- Support strategic planning and business growth.

- Bachelor's degree (minimum).
- ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification.
- At least 4 years of finance experience.
- Experience in leadership, financial modelling, and investor relations.
