About this role

Chief Financial Officer for Incel Tourism LLC, based in Lagos, with responsibility for financial leadership across the Incel Group. The role oversees planning, accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, taxation, controls, risk management and investments, and acts as a key adviser to executive management to support growth and long-term sustainability.

What you would do

• Develop and execute the group’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow management and banking relationships.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to executive management and the board.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in senior financial management.
• Experience leading Finance & Accounts at a senior or executive level.
• Desirable: MBA, MSc Finance or other relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Desirable: experience in a diversified group, tourism/travel, hospitality or service sector; multi-entity or international financial operations; strong knowledge of Nigerian taxation and regulatory compliance.
