Chief Financial Officer

About this role

Hyde Energy Limited in Lagos is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and accounting operations. The role involves delivering financial reporting and insights to the Board and Executive team and leading the Finance function; candidates must have ACCA and at least 10 years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure, preferably with an Oil & Gas, Energy or FMCG background.

What you would do

• Develop and own financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Manage cash flow, treasury and financial resource allocation
• Oversee accounting operations, compliance and tax planning (PAYE, VAT, WHT, CGT)
• Provide financial reporting and insights for the Board and Executive team
• Lead and develop the Finance team
