• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; master’s degree is advantageous.
• Professional certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CCO, CAMS, CFE, CRCP, ICAN, ACCA).
• At least 8 years’ experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory affairs, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, AML/CFT requirements and data protection laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools.
