The Chief Business Development & Operating Officer leads Lagos-based growth and company-wide execution, combining business development leadership with full operating accountability. The role focuses on securing strategic clients, partnerships and opportunities in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector, and ensuring the organisation has the capabilities and systems to deliver profitably.

What you would do

• Define multi-year growth and operating strategy for the company.
• Identify priority clients, services, technologies and partnerships to guide investments and capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior industry stakeholders and key partners.
• Lead or oversee high-level negotiations for strategic contracts and partnerships.
• Set commercial policy, pricing guidance and risk parameters for executive approval.
• Ensure operational readiness, governance, and performance management across the business, including HSE, quality and supply chain.
