What you would do
- Manage the Banquets Kitchen operations as an independent profit centre
- Ensure guest satisfaction and high culinary standards for banquets
- Operate within budget and Hyatt International brand standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety practices
- Collaborate with other departments to support event and banquet services
- Assist in maintaining recipe and portion control
- Monitor inventory and ordering for the banquets kitchen
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance within the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Support financial performance of the outlet

- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management (advantage)
