Check-in / Check-Out Officer

What you would do

• Perform pre-check-in inspections to assess vehicle condition
• Record vehicle condition prior to check-in
• Check in vehicles entering the facility using MAX ONE software
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper check-in data for maintenance
• Check out vehicles exiting the facility using MAX ONE software
• Maintain records of all vehicle movements into and out of the premises and update inactivity data
