Channel Sales Manager (Solar & Energy Storage)

About this role

Based in Lagos, the Channel Sales Manager will identify and develop EPC contractors, solar installers and distributor partners across Nigeria for the company’s lithium energy-storage and solar products. The role involves managing channel partnerships and driving sales for residential, commercial and industrial PV energy-storage projects.

What you would do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing EPC contractors, solar installation firms and distributors nationwide.
• Manage key clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement sales and channel strategies to meet targets.
• Prepare technical proposals, demonstrate products and negotiate contracts.
• Track sales performance, analyse market trends and report to headquarters.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to clients and partners in Lagos and other states.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 3 years' experience in sales or business development in solar, renewable energy or electrical equipment.
• Proven track record in channel development, negotiation and deal closure.
• Familiar with PV modules, hybrid inverters or lithium-battery energy storage products.
• Excellent English communication skills; Yoruba or Igbo language skills are a plus.
• Based in Lagos and able to travel to other states for client visits.
