Change Management Lead

About this role

Change Management Lead to support digital and innovation initiatives for the Lagos-based affiliate, working with Design & Innovation leadership to prepare users for new digital products and ways of working, drive adoption and provide insights to D&I Leadership.

What you would do

• Develop and maintain change management plans aligned with project milestones
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder and user-readiness assessments and propose mitigations
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and gather feedback to support adoption
• Prepare and implement change communication plans with Product Managers and Owners
• Coordinate role-based training and digital literacy activities
• Support mobilisation, go-live, stabilisation, and track adoption issues and readiness actions

• University degree
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in Innovation, Digital, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of Innovation Management, Digital transformation, Agile, Change Management and Communication
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Organisational and time management skills
