Central Control Room (CCR) Operator

About this role

The Central Control Room Operator monitors and controls cement plant operations from the central control room, including kilns, raw mills and cement mills, ensuring production targets and compliance with standards. The role is for a candidate with a technical degree and several years of experience, based in Kogi with Dangote Cement Plc.

What you would do

• Monitor production line sections from the Central Control Room
• Provide information and direction to patrollers and operators in liaison with shift coordination
• Assist in implementing approved production plans
• Log process data at intervals and report operational activities
• Diagnose or troubleshoot operating issues to resume production
• Supervise casual staff and ensure conveyors are clean and free from jams
