CE FPandA CoE Insights Manager

About this role

A CE FP&A CoE Insights Manager to lead data quality, reporting and analytics for the Centre of Excellence across regional grant programmes. It is based in Lagos or Abuja and targets candidates with strong FP&A, data governance and team leadership experience.

What you would do

• Oversee data quality and reconciliation for the CE financial data and Anaplan grant model.
• Ensure accurate cost and overhead allocations across CE and regional programmes.
• Standardise financial processes, reporting, and automation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Provide reconciled financial information and insights to sector heads of finance and contract finance leadership.
• Support regional grant programmes finance with standardised data and cross‑regional data quality improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop the FP&A team to deliver high‑quality planning and reporting.

• Strong capability in financial modelling, forecasting and analytics.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar EPM platforms.
• Experience leading data quality and reconciliation processes.
• Experience handling complex financial datasets across multiple programmes or units.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix or multi‑country context.
• Significant experience in financial data analysis or FP&A.
