CE FP&A CoE Insights Manager

About this role

A leadership role overseeing the CE FP&A Centre of Excellence in Lagos, focusing on financial data, reporting, and process automation for regional grant programmes. It is for someone with strong FP&A, data governance and team leadership experience working across multiple programmes or regional units.

What you would do

• Lead standardisation of financial processes, reporting and automation initiatives.
• Oversee data quality, reconciliations and governance for SAP, Anaplan and related templates.
• Provide reconciled financial information and insights to sector heads and contract finance leadership.
• Support regional grant programme finance with standardised data and quality improvements.
• Manage and develop the CE FP&A team, prioritising work across programmes.
• Support audits, controls and documentation to strengthen financial governance.

What they are asking for

• Significant experience in financial data analysis, FP&A or management accounting.
• Experience leading data quality and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise performance management platforms.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix or multi-country context.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytics capabilities.
• Desirable: professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
