CCTV Technician
About this role
Sayed Farms Limited is looking for a CCTV Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot surveillance systems across its sites. The role focuses on ensuring reliable CCTV performance with minimal downtime and proper camera coverage. The technician works with cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors and related equipment, and may configure IP cameras and remote viewing. The company operates in poultry and frozen foods distribution with branches in Ibadan and Abuja, and its head office is in Lebanon. The position reports to the security team and involves coordinating with IT and security to resolve system issues.
What you would do
- Install, configure and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors and related equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults involving cameras, cabling, power supplies, recording devices and network connectivity.
- Configure IP cameras, remote viewing and mobile monitoring as required.
- Inspect installations for proper camera positioning and coverage.
- Maintain records of installations, repairs, maintenance activities and equipment replacements.
- Coordinate with IT and Security teams to resolve surveillance issues and improve reliability.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and compliance with security procedures and safe working practices.

- HND or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Practical knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs and structured cabling.
- Basic networking, troubleshooting and remote surveillance configuration understanding.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to company facilities when required.
