CCTV Technician

Sayed Farms Limited is seeking an experienced CCTV Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems across its facilities. The role focuses on ensuring reliable surveillance performance, minimal downtime, and effective monitoring of security equipment. What you would do
- Configure IP cameras, remote viewing, and mobile monitoring applications.
- Diagnose and resolve faults involving cameras, cabling, power supplies, recording devices, and network connectivity.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and compliance with security procedures and safe working practices.
- Inspect CCTV installations for camera positioning and coverage.
- Maintain records of installations, repairs, maintenance and equipment replacements.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs on CCTV systems.
- Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors and related equipment.
- Coordinate with IT and Security teams to resolve surveillance issues and improve reliability.

- HND or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Basic understanding of networking, troubleshooting, and remote surveillance configuration.
- Willingness to travel to company facilities when required.
- Practical knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and structured cabling.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
