Category Manager (Lagos)

About this role

Category Manager for Moniebook customers in Lagos, in a hybrid role. You will act as the primary post-onboarding adviser for assigned accounts, driving long-term satisfaction, retention and growth by ensuring customers maximise value from Moniebook and remain engaged partners.

What you would do

• Be the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build trust with key stakeholders
• Regularly check in with customers to assess satisfaction and address questions before they escalate
• Drive ongoing adoption of Moniebook features and provide training to improve usage and stickiness
• Monitor customer health signals and implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts
• Conduct structured quarterly business reviews to analyse usage, show ROI and co-create success plans
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with Sales to grow revenue

What they are asking for

• At least 3 years in customer-facing roles (SaaS or retail technology preferred)
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships, retention and satisfaction targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Technical aptitude to learn software products, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate features
• Data-driven with ability to analyse usage data and translate insights into actions
• Must reside in Port Harcourt
