About this role

Carrier Relations Executive (Sales) at Ruach Networks Infrastructure Limited in Kubwa, Abuja. The role focuses on buying and selling SMS routes with global carriers and aggregators, managing partner relationships, and growing traffic and margins. Hybrid work setup with in-office Monday to Thursday and work-from-home Fridays.

What you would do

• Source and onboard SMS route suppliers (carriers, MNOs, aggregators) with quality and competitive pricing.
• Manage partner onboarding documentation (KYC, agreements, NDAs, credit/prepayment terms).
• Sell Ruach’s wholesale SMS routes to international carriers, aggregators, OTP providers and enterprise messaging platforms.
• Support monthly invoicing and reconciliation of traffic and disputes with partners.
• Coordinate interconnect setup with the technical team (SMPP/HTTP connections, test routes, sender ID, content requirements).
• Monitor route performance and address quality issues with suppliers and customers; keep CRM up to date and report pipeline, traffic, revenue and margin weekly.

What they are asking for

• OND, HND or BSc Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, Telecoms, Computer Science or related is an advantage).
• 1 – 3 years experience in sales, business development or carrier/account management (ideally in A2P SMS, wholesale SMS/voice, or telecoms).
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills, including with international partners.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work across time zones.
• Comfortable with numbers: rates, margins, traffic reports and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must live in or near Kubwa, Abuja; understanding of the SMS ecosystem (A2P vs P2P, direct vs grey/SIM routes, SMPP, DLRs, sender ID registration, OTP traffic).
