A Captain for the CRJ 200 is sought to lead flight operations for XEJet in Lagos, focusing on safe, compliant command of the aircraft and supervision of crew within a premium service context.
What you would do
- Command and operate the CRJ 200 safely during all flight phases.
- Lead and supervise flight and cabin crew with strong CRM and safety adherence.
- Complete flight and technical documentation accurately and report safety or aircraft issues promptly.
- Conduct flight planning including weather, fuel, performance calculations, and risk assessment.
- Participate in recurrent training, simulator sessions, line checks, and proficiency assessments.
