About this role
Aquatix Pharmaceuticals Limited seeks an experienced Capsule Filling Operator to join its Lagos production team. The role involves operating capsule filling machines in line with approved SOPs, ensuring accurate and consistent filling, and performing in-process quality checks. The operator will monitor machine performance, report faults, and handle equipment cleaning, assembly, and line clearance. What you would do
- Operate capsule filling machines according to SOPs
- Ensure accurate and consistent capsule filling
- Conduct in-process quality checks during production
- Monitor machine performance and report faults or abnormalities
- Clean and assemble equipment and perform line clearance
- Complete batch manufacturing records and cleaning logs accurately
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, and safety compliance

- Practical experience operating automatic capsule filling machines
- Knowledge of capsule filling, capsule locking, and filled capsule weight control

- Ability to carry out equipment cleaning, assembly, and routine operational checks
