Call Center / Live Support Agent
About this role
A Call Center / Live Support Agent is sought to provide customer support for players in gaming, iGaming or sports betting across phone, live chat and other channels. The role targets candidates with experience in gaming-related customer service and strong communication skills, based in Lagos.
What you would do
- Answer customer enquiries and complaints via phone, live chat and other channels
- Assist players with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting and bonus questions
- Resolve issues promptly or escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
- Provide accurate information on betting products, odds, bet types and promotions
- Handle multiple conversations while delivering high-quality service
- Record interactions and follow established support procedures
What they are asking for
- HND or BSc in any field
- Minimum 3 years of customer service/call centre experience, preferably in gaming/iGaming or sports betting
- Understanding of sports betting, odds, bet types, deposits and withdrawals
- Excellent spoken and written English; Pidgin is an advantage
- Good computer literacy and typing speed
- Ability to multitask across phone, live chat and other support channels
