About this role
The role is for a Business Unit Head at Fadac Resources in Kano, responsible for driving sales growth, revenue, collections and customer retention for solar-powered refrigeration and cooling solutions, while leading the sales team and developing new business.
What you would do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market, customer and competitor analysis
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team against KPIs
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and relationship management
- Oversee collections and receivables to improve cash flow
- Monitor sales, revenue and collections performance and prepare reports

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related fields
- 3 - 5 years' experience in sales, business development or commercial management
- B2B sales experience, preferably in solar energy, refrigeration, consumer electronics or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing collections
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills
- Data-driven and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
